Just plain boring

Hmm what a day spent, in Madam lin's. Well to be honest, i don't really enjoyed myself today. I'm moody today and making things worst, not knowing the reason why, i do my work with less effort and make pass time quickly.

The reason why

I was asked, why didn't you blog everyday. well, to be honest i don't have much to say, in other hand i didn't want to make this blog a dairy or so. Its just to express my feeling when ever i feel like so. I hope my reader would understand me, and be abit more of understanding to me. thanks

Skating with my friends

Let's started with a simple story. Firstly i met a group of longboarder in my area,which happen to be my girlfriend's friends.I was happy that, i could share my interest with people who are the same as me(who like longboarding). Anyway, we when sliding down a couple of hill and i my wheel happened to part off with my truck. As i wanted to carry on riding, i went back and took some tools and tuned up my board.

Here's are some of the video i took, while longboarding alone. It was my day off and yet i have no plans. So i decided to wait for my brother to reach home in order for me to ride along with him. But was turn down because he has his own plan. By the way i don't know what else to write but do enjoy yourself watching this video.

Rana, my outlet in-charge bought for me a G2000 shirt which cost him about $59.90. So at the very less i could do is to thanks this guy is to blog it. Anyway i would like apologises for not blogging for the couple of days. Its was busy all the way. Better still, one of my friends was scolded due to the fact that he was too much in work. Not saying that he do much of the work but doing others stuff, which was not to be done. Well, i guess everybody needed to learn something from somebody.

A accident

A accident happen on the 14 of July 2009. What really happened i could not recalled that much. So i will try my very best to explain to you guys. It all began with a alarm clock ringing and i woke up very early and i went to school with my longboard. At which i took the bus from Yishun interchange to ITE balestiser. Very soon, school end and i decided to cruise down Thomson road. Anyway i could not remembered much but i was hit by a car. Then i was sent to the Tan Tock Seng Hospital. i stayed there for about 2 day and was on 13 days of M.C. Making thing worse i broken and lost some of my important stuff. But thankfully my classmate helped me in some ways (e.g picking up my homework and project). Just want to say that i finally know there's people who actually care about me.

Finally my dream board

Longboard of my dreams was finally in my hand. But is was mixed together from all kind of brand. A longboard is make up of six item. First is the deck, and what i bought was a Turbo deck which cost about $79.00 and its about 40 plus inch in lenght. Second is the riser, since the deck has a anti-wheel bite i decide to buy a simple riser which cost around $5.00. Third was the truck, i was finding the best truck which was good for carving hence i bought a G.K Thunderbird truck which has a lenght of 10 inch by the axles and cost about $85.00. Fourth was the Bering, since i didn't know what am i suppose to look for i asked for my brother help and got a Bones Red Bering which was about $30.00. Next was the hardware, since i decided to be a Happy type of longboarder i bought a colourful hardware for $8.00. And finally the wheel , the best of it, its a Orangatang brand and the name of the wheel is Durian costing about $95.00. The total cost was about $310 and don't think i waste my money.

TRUST that will RUST

Trust is easy to build but to uphold it is totally different story. Anyway there's this incident that happened in my work place that question my trust level to other. This all happened because i was unable to come to work on Sunday due to body break down(when the body is to tried, you will be sick for that day itself). This was what i told my Outlet in-charge but he think that i was telling a lie. That's was normal but the fact that he said "I now can't trust you the way i did before" i mean its still OK but he over do it when he said that the my type of population could not be trust. But i would like to say this, it got noting to do with race. But lucky for us, we soon befriend once again. Around 7.30pm there's this group of people who decided to eat as our place, hence we did what we are suppose to do. The group spent a total $260 plus if I'm not wrong. After which we clean up, eat and after that go home.

Home-made anybody?

Since i played longboard, i need a sliding glove. But it will cost me around $100++. So i decided with my brother to make our very own sliding glove. While we were playing longboard, it started to get dark. And we knew the rain was about to pour on us, so we went to the nearest MRT. Khatib was the MRT station, then we bought some drinks and at which we decided to make our very own glove. First of all, we bought the glove which cost us about $1.50. Secondly we head down to buy a chopping board since its made out of good plastics which was about $4.90. And finally we return home, after a few minutes of rest we went to work. The hard part was to cut the chopping board then we size it up to the glove.

Is there any seats left for me??

Going to and back from work would be a bad experience since I'm living in Yishun. Everybody knows that the area City Hall is always full of people and its hard to get a seat. So when people are tried they rest on the sides of the door and the even on the door itself. Come to think of it, i myself did that when there's no seats left. But what i don't like is when people keep looking at me as if I'm a criminal. Hate it, when people do that. Anyway when i was in work i learn something , that you can't trust your boss that well even when they are the one who pay you for working with them. There's some detail which I'm not suppose to share so i can't tell you guys what it really mean when i said that. But to make thing clear, I'm not saying bad thing about my boss but just to let the world know what i felt once i notice it.

The Tiger Claw??

Well, first of all i would like to say the tiger claw is not the real thing but a trick with is done with a longboard. Monday is the where i learn how to perform the trick. Anyway is not that hard only tricky, maybe that's why they called it a "trick". The trick goes like this, this back leg of the rider should be ready to make a half- scoop kick to the right of the user, along with it use the the right hand to turn the board 270 degree. So in total the user turn the board 360 degree which is a full revolution. It do something get tricky where the board strike your hand which is very painful.

Longboarding at Singapore Flyer

This is the Singapore's Flyer, one of the largest wheel in the world. Well, in case to those people don't know it, I'm working there for about a 8 months already. So today was as normal, during break time i when with my co-worker to have our 3 long hour break. I brought along my longboard and was planing to play with it during my break. Anyway, my co-worker was so called "not good at it" in all those boards. So he decided to play with my longboard, but it was so funny that i could not stop laughing at him because he fell off from the longboard. I mean was it damn hard to ride one? Even a girl could ride it but i did teach him and surprisingly he did learned to overcome the fear of falling of the longboard. But so sad, the time was against us so we went back to my work places.

What a problem!!

The day start with a 3 hour sleep, and after which i took the train to City Hall. Upon reaching my work place, i decided to took a nap. Soon after Zahair came and woke me up, it was about 9am(I only had about 35 minutes of sleep).I was not in the mood to work, nevertheless i pull myself together and do opening, follow by a short break. After that we went back to the restaurant, planing of relaxing in there, but to our surprise we were force to work due to shortage of man power. Not planing to get angry over such a small matter, i just work without showing that I'm not happy. It was reaching 2pm where my Outlet in-charge asked me to appoint a meeting for the staff. Well, to be honest i was unsure what to say during the meeting. So i decided to ask my co-worker to help me bullet down the key point of having the meeting. Finally the Boss and his wife was in their seat, so i started off with a simple greeting and quickly lay down those thing which was in my mind in that point of time. After 45 minutes of meeting we all went back to work and everything goes smoothly.

A wondering Night

Firstly, i would like to apologies for not updating my blog for the past two day. I mean the first day was like "HELL", it was work as pernormal but as as usual Lady boss was talking too much. It start with a opening shift then during lunch hour, but the problem start there, Lady boss scold me for making a wrong order, it was in fact my co-worker, in other hand i don't want my co-worker to get the blame for it. I'm supervisor for a reason, taking the blame was one of it. Taking the blame was a small prise . Anyway that was the lunch, so came dinner shift. A customer who make a booking for 25 pax and said that they will be coming about 7pm so we waited. And to our surprise they come at around 8pm( It was a Tuesday so we normally close at about 9 and we took last order at about 8.30pm). So we tool their order and serve them as happy as we could. By the time we close and reach home was about 12MN. Hence, i tool a nap which soon in time became a long sweet beauty sleep. The next day came, and it was my off day(finally!!!). It was about 11am when i woke up, took a bath
and there after pack up. My brother and me when to City Hall MRT station about 1pm to meet up with my brother friend which was also my friend in my primary school years. We all took our own longboard and all ready to skate. But the rain was making the flooring wet, making it impossible to skate . As we don't have any place to go, we went to the City Hall Link underground hall and we skate there. But, bad luck stirke us there, the police came and screened us. A warning was give as to not to skate there. Only after 6pm we took off form the City Hall, we ride the train to bedok and then we use our lonboard to cruse down all the wat to East Coast Park(E.C.P). We Played around for a few hour in the skate park then we were off to Parkway Parade. Sincec there was no shop(Selling food) open we decided to buy bread and a can of sambal ikan bilis. After we ate, we went down to E.C.P and was sleepy but then we went to suntec city. Soon its was about 6 in the morning and we took the first train home

Smoke anybody?

What makes smoking among teenage so cool? Well, i don't really know but what i know was that i once smoke and it's hard for me to stop. In fact its being over 7 months without smoking, and i now find it better then before. I'm not saying this because the world is against smoker, I'm saying this because i understand the change in. For an example, i once run 4.4km run(when i was smoking) and i when breathless, but after i stop smoking i did a run the same distance as the before(4.4km) but to my surprise i was doing extremely well. Not saying that smoking should be band but i think that they(the smoker) should think of what they really want in life. Anyway in my working place, there about 5 smoker. Can't really do much only advise could be given but i can't blame them, i mean all of them got their own problem. But in other words i once a smoker so i can't say much due to the reason that i understand what the go through.

It's was the day that the NDP training was held. If I'm correct today was the preview of the NDP. Anyway for those people out there, I'm into parade i was a Staff Sargent in NPCC and i was once a parade commander, and i was feeling low when i saw them. There was a reason why i don't continue it since i like it so much, it was because i had a case. I mean i was so called "a bad boy" a few years ago. But i was angry today because of my work place. I was being scolded a lot of time today, first was that i void the order without Rana(my Outlet in-charge) permission then it was because i never tell my staff what to do but i did. Hence i was so angry that i asked for a few minutes break and it only lasted for about 15 minutes or so. But what i don't like was that some people can't handle what i said to them, i was being scolded for a reason and that reason was my staff not doing their jobs properly. And what a day it was, finally at home and resting my feet on the chair.

Look at me, i mean was i really looking smart or was i weird? Well i do admit that was the first time, that so many people told me that i was smart looking. But deep inside i do feel that i was weird, nevertheless i make through the whole day without taking off those uniform. Anyway during my 3 long hour break i went reporting at MCYS near Thomson Road. And there's a lesson learn while was walking to that building, that was not to wear a double layer shirt. I got a good news first of all, i can wear home shirt to work but i need to wear office type, secondly i can go home about 11.30pm on my working days. On my overall view for the day, i think that today was just a 7 out of 10.

Office uniform??

Let me tell you this.....
Office wear totally suck!!! Hey i look weird in it, or was it just me. Anyway today i went shopping for my very first office wear, don't really know what to look for, but it was "hell". I mean those shoes was so uncool and yes!! it does hurt at first but it just feel weird. That was just the shoes, now here's the pants, it was long and i find it a bit uncomfortable. But there's more!!!!! tomorrow i must wear the whole suit. Really hate that part where i must wear what i don't like. Things happen for a reason i guess, after all I'm a shift leader, maybe that's still good in some position.

Well, just look at me. I'm about 1.69m and yet it was sooo deep. Anyway i was at east coast park (Skate Park) but many of you would not have seen it because it was not open. But me, my brother and one of my primary school friend somehow manage to enter the park. I won't explain or tell you guys how to enter this Skate Park, you guys need to think for yourself. But what make me so scared was that i don't know how to get out of that bowl, getting in was easy, so i try to run all the way up but i missed. Soon after the second try i manage to get out. Finally was out and ready to try the other ramps. There was a lot of ramps but out of all the ramps i really like the one of it.
